00. Zero Meeting: This is the first appointment to see if we click and whether we can work together. If it’s a match, we’ll show you our procedures.

01. Interview & Strategy: We meet to map out exactly what you want and, most importantly, what you expect—putting everything clearly on paper to start with a clear plan.

02. Search: Once the key points are defined, Investitu kicks off the selection phase, identifying and presenting three investment opportunities that match your goals.

03. Continuous Updates: You will receive regular reports keeping you informed about the progress of ongoing operations.

What does it cost?

An engagement fee plus a percentage of the transaction value.

Example 1:
You want to buy a property between €250,000 and €500,000:

• Engagement fee €3,000 (includes three investment proposals based on the approved strategy)
• Plus 5% of the transaction value.

Example 2:
You want to buy a house that needs a full renovation?

• Engagement fee €5,000 (covers management, search, and selection of properties)
• Plus a percentage between 6% and 8% to find the right contractors and act as a trusted on-site reference during the renovation phase.
